SPCS participated in “Dalian
Week” IT Investment Seminar in Japan, in the morning of
Nov. 20th, 2006. The IT Investment Seminar was held in
Tokyo as one of the important series activities for Japan
“Dalian Week”. More than 400 representatives on behalf
of IT enterprises, governments and important economic
organizations in Tokyo and surrounding areas participated
in the Seminar. SPCS leaders also participated in this
grand Seminar and made a speech with regard to the industrial
investment environment of Dalian Software Park.

Under the invitation of Japan
Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association,
Dalian Software Park participated in CEATEC held in Chiba,
Japan on Oct. 2nd, 2006. Dalian uComSoft Co., Ltd. exhibited
its development achievements of Japanese embedded software
outsourcing in the high-tech electronic field as well
as its embedded software products with Independent Intellectual
Property Rights.

In order to further normalize
the protection of privacy information, SPCS formally implemented
the Privacy information Protection Assessment (PIPA) on
Sep.28th, 2006. As the privacy information protection
system promulgated and certified by Dalian Software Industry
Association, PIPA aims at protecting a company’s privacy
informational against any invasion. At present, Dalian
Software Industry Association is prompting actively the
mutual recognition of PIPA and P-Mark Japan.
